Conditions of Participation at Trottigo

Minimum age and license
The minimum age for participation as a driver is 16. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or over.

Reservation
Guided electric scooter experiences must be booked at least 24 hours before the desired departure time, or at short notice subject to availability. We recommend reserving at least 3 days in advance to guarantee the desired time slot.

Maximum Private Group Size
The maximum size of private groups is around 10 to 12 people, depending on the group’s skill level. A second guide can be provided at no extra charge for groups of 10 to 12 people, depending on the level of the drivers.

Official lap time
The official lap time does not start until the formation is complete. You’ll benefit from the full 2-hour experience, whatever your skill level. However, if one or more members of your group require in-depth training, your tour may be slightly shortened if another tour is scheduled for later in the day. For example, if your 2-hour tour is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and another tour is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., and your administrative formalities and training take more than 30 minutes, your tour will have to end at 1:00 p.m.

Speed and Route
If one or more members of your group are unable to maintain the speed limit (typically 10 to 20 km/h on most Montreal roads) after the first 15 minutes of the tour, which are intentionally at a slower pace, not all stops will be covered in order to finish within the allotted time.
